Grooveking Founders Featured All Over The Place!
Both founders have gotten a lot of press in the last week. I was lucky enough to corner both of them to find out what has been going on.
Doug and Brian, who are both entrepreneurs started RootPhi, a disruptive design firm about two years ago. Rootphi is actually the parent company of Grooveking. They have been working on a series of top secret projects....but have recently went public with one of them.Doug and Brian have been designing eco-chic messenger bags with a collaboration with Timbuk2. The bags are made from a new material RootPhi calls Reclaim. The material is made from recycled plastic bags and according to Brian, has many applications.
RootPhi was recently featured on CBS Radio, PSFK, Coolhunting, Wired Magazine, and Metacool.
