What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Mastercard and Visa
Do you guys use crappy shirts or the really nice taylored soft cotton shirts?
We use American Apparel shirts for most of our prints - 100% fine jersey cotton, combed for softness and comfort. They are the softest, smoothest, best-looking t-shirt available anywhere. And they are made in the USA - totally sweatshop free. For a few of our designs we use 100% cotton Fruit of the Loom.
Can I return shirts?
Unworn and unwashed shirts can be returned within 14 days. Please fill out our Returns form and include it with your package sent back to us. We are not responsible for lost shipments back to us (pick return shipping with tracking).
How do I know what size to order?
For women, our size Medium is a One Size tee that fits women sizes 0 through 8. According to American Apparel, that means it fits 80% of women. If you're the other 20%, the Medium is a Men's medium with a chest size 38-40. For guys, you know the drill. When in doubt, order bigger - these tees are a more fitted style.
How much does shipping cost?
We are currently offering free USPS shipping in the United States! International shipping can be either UPS our our flat- rate international method which is only $9.10.
Who designs your shirts?
Grooveking has a team of designers with backgrounds in product design, architecture, graphic design, and fashion. Grooveking was started as a fun and creative outlet for a group of great friends. Our desire is to to lift the human spirit through thoughtful imagery and humor. If you are interested in submitting designs, feel free to email us at designs@grooveking.com.
